Vestima: June enhancements for Order Handling Agents

Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that an enhanced version of Vestima will be available for Order Handling Agents (OHAs) from

10 June 2024.

OHAs will have access to the new Vestima by clicking on the “Vestima” button in the main menu:

Here are the key features of the upgraded Vestima:

  1. Expanded Order Book download: The new version allows extending the order book download to 50,000 lines, providing greater flexibility for managing orders.
  2. Improved CSV download: The order book download in CSV format will be modified compared to the legacy Vestima. OHAs can refer to the new template (attached below) for details.
  3. New modern design for the below screens:
    • Order book;
    • Cancellation request book;
    • Order search;
    • Cancellation request search;
    • Order details;
    • Cancellation details.

      The new layout aims to enhance user experience and streamline order handling.
  4. New Help Center section.

Note: Legacy Vestima will still be accessible and serve as the landing page for all OHAs.
