Vestima and CFS Portal: Upcoming IP address change - Update

Note: This announcement, originally published on 13 March 2026, has been updated to provide clients with the new IP address for CFS Portal. Changes have been highlighted.
Clearstream Fund Centre (CFCL)1 informs clients of an important technical update impacting web-based connectivity, specifically Vestima and CFS Portal, effective
15 June 2026.
As part of CFCL’s June release infrastructure enhancements, the following Domain Name System (DNS) change will be implemented:
New IP address
The Vestima IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.110 to 34.179.152.167
To ensure continued access, client workstations and proxies must be able to connect to the new IP address via port 443 (HTTPS). The URL/IP resolution must function correctly for the following pair:
URL: https://vestima.clearstreamfundservices.com IP: 34.179.152.167
If a client’s organisation uses IP whitelisting to manage access to external applications, this change may affect their connectivity to Vestima. Clients should update their firewall or network configuration to include the new IP address ahead of the effective date.
The IP address changes will also affect URL related to CFS Portal: https://cfsportal.clearstreamfundservices.com. The new IP address for this URL is 35.198.121.208
The main URL https://portal.clearstreamfundservices.com/ will not be affected.
Action required
Clients should share this information with their IT or network security team and ensure the new IP address is whitelisted before the effective date.
