Java 8 update 121 and 131: Warning

The latest Java versions (Java 8u121 and 8u131) released by Oracle contain the following bug. If you have one of these Java versions installed this will cause an error if you try to login in to CreationOnline using a p12 file that was generated before 19 November 2016.

If the update has already been installed and you cannot login to CreationOnline because of the message “system error – security” you can either ask your CreationOnline administrator to generate a new .p12 file, or use your current .p12 file on a PC that has not been updated to Java 8 update 121 or 131 and regenerate your credentials (My Settings, Change credentials).

If your PC has not been updated with on of these versions, just regenerate your credentials.

The bug will be fixed by Oracle in Java 8u141 scheduled for 18 July 2017.
