Further to information received from the National Settlement Depository (NSD), Clearstream Banking informs customers that RUB is being blocked in its account held with the National Settlement Depository (NSD). According to NSD, this is pending guidance from the Russian authorities.

This means that for the time being, customers are not able to withdraw funds. We will advise as soon as we get further information.
