CAH Status Update No. 1 – KADI DE Migration to OneCAS: Start of the KADI DE Migration to OneCAS

Clearstream Banking AG (CBF) confirms to clients the start of the migration activities for the KADI DE Migration to OneCAS. The cancellation process of the corporate action events in scope for the migration is being started by KADI.

Following this process, the MT564 CANC messages are going to be distributed as per the current KADI reporting schedule and system availability. Clearstream reminds its clients that the MT564 CANC messages will not contain any special narrative to refer to the migration activities, and in exceptional cases there may be two parallelly active events with the same COAF until the cancellation from KADI is correctly processed. The events can be distinguished as they have a different CORP ID.

Clients are kindly asked to ensure correct processing of the messages after their distribution.

In the Client Migration Guide, Clearstream informed clients about the scope of the corporate action events that are going to be migrated. Additionally, the pre-migration announcement D23023 provided a timeline of important milestones for the expected migration activities during the implementation weekend of KADI DE Migration to OneCAS.
