T2S: Settlement delays - Update

T2S is currently facing an incident impacting the settlement of instructions.

Consequently, the T2S operator has temporarily closed the inbound Application-to-Application (A2A) channels at 12:02 CEST and new incoming instructions are queued.

The Eurosystem is taking all measures necessary to resolve the incident as soon as possible.
