T2S is currently facing an incident impacting the settlement of instructions. T2S is receiving instructions as expected but within T2S these are submitted for settlement with a delay.
The incident also has an impact on the accurate reflection of T2S DCA balances.
The incident does not have any impact on:
- Connectivity;
- Life Cycle Management and Matching;
- Penalty Mechanism processing; or
- Reference Data Management.
There is no foreseen impact on the operating day schedule.
The Eurosystem is taking all measures necessary to resolve the incident as soon as possible.
