The initial blocking issue resulting in the rejection of settlement instructions due to an incorrect blocking of depository 60 has been resolved.

Clearstream Banking is currently monitoring the situation and exercising all efforts to clarify pending items directly with its clients.

The regeneration of rejected instructions by Clearstream Banking has been completed.

In circumstances where clients have reinstructed in the meantime, clients are kindly requested to validate their pending instructions and to cancel potential duplicates together with their counterparty where appropriate.

Internal measures are being taken to avoid similar incidents in the future.
