Instructions erroneously blocked by Clearstream Banking on common depository code 60 - Update IV

The initial blocking issue resulting in the rejection of settlement instructions due to an incorrect blocking of depository 60 has been resolved. The incorrect blocking of depository code 60 led to a rejection of all pending instructions.
The regeneration of rejected instructions instructed on or after 1 November 2023 at 00:04:00 has been completed.
In addition, all rejected instructions instructed before 1 November 2023 at 00:04:00 with a requested settlement date of 7 November 2023 or later have been completely regenerated as well.
Pending settlement instructions entered before 1 November 2023 at 00:04:00 and a settlement date before 7 November 2023 have not been regenerated. Clients were asked in case this is still a valid instruction to reinstruct themselves.
During the monitoring of the actual situation, Clearstream Banking identified potential duplicates of instructions or issues with partial settlements. These items are consolidated and impacted clients will be contacted by Clearstream Banking directly.
Undue settlement penalties on late matching occurred on 7 November 2023 on regenerated instructions are removed by Clearstream Banking.
