Clearstream Banking continues to work on the remediation of the incident.

The following actions are planned to be executed today:

  • Duplicate instructions: Unsettled duplicate instructions will be cancelled by Clearstream Banking. 
  • Duplicate instructions: Settled duplicate instructions will be instructed by Clearstream Banking with a reverse instruction.
  • Partial Settlements: Partial settlement instructions will be corrected by Clearstream Banking with a new instruction specifying the original reference number.

If clients disagree with one of the items, they are encouraged to contact Client Services immediately.
