Please be informed that a system implementation will take place on Saturday, 18 November 2023.
Xact Web Portal and Xact File Transfer will not be available between 07:00 and 14:00 CET.

Reminder
From Monday, 20 November 2023, the following changes will come into effect:
- ISO 15022 Swift standard release;
- Cross-border Payments and Reporting (CBPR+): Swift ISO 20022 Standards (A23075);
- T2S, CBF and Swift Releases: Information on the production launches in November 2023 (D23026);
- Norway: Xact via Swift and Xact Web Portal message to replace BO Upload for relief at source (A23088);
- Sweden: Amended per-payment instruction requirements for tax-exempt entities requesting relief at source or quick refund (A23087).
