Clearstream Banking has been informed that some clients are currently experiencing technical issues with Xact Web Portal that affect certain functionalities and its performance.

Clearstream Banking is looking into this issue in order to resolve it as soon as possible. If clients are affected and need to process instructions, they should use Swift or, if not possible, contact the Client Services Team for further support.
