Xact Web Portal: Issues with some functionalities and performance - Update

Clearstream Banking has been informed that some clients are still currently experiencing technical issues with the Settlement module and its performance in Xact Web Portal.

Clearstream Banking is looking into this issue in order to resolve it as soon as possible. If clients are affected and need to process instructions, they may try to re-log in to Xact Web Portal or alternatively they should use Swift or if not possible, contact the Client Services Team for further support, especially if deadlines are approaching.
