There is no incident in T2S. However, the operating day schedule has been changed, owing to a delayed closing in T2 and a subsequent delay in EUR liquidity provisioning, the start of the T2S night-time settlement phase will be delayed until the liquidity arrives from T2 CLM in T2S.
Given the delays and to support clients with their cash management, cash instructions (Withdrawal and Pre-advises) in EUR will be supported on a "best- efforts" basis until 17:45. Clients must actively contact Clearstream to force such instructions.
