Ongoing delays in cash processing in MXN currency - Update III

Clearstream informs clients that "Banco Citi Mexico S.A.", acting as Clearstream Banking CCB, is doing further progress while some manual processing is still necessary.

Please note there is a public holiday in Mexico tomorrow (Thursday, 12 December 2024) with no cash payment processing.

Clearstream Banking and Banco Citi Mexico S.A. are actively working on a resolution path and continue to monitor the situation closely.

Update will be provided upon receipt from Banco Citi Mexico S.A.
