Bridge: Settlement delays- Resolved

The issue has been resolved and settlement on the Bridge is back to normal.

Clients should monitor their settlement securities instructions, as well as the cash management of the currencies potentially impacted and contact Client Services in case of late instructions to be processed on a "best efforts" basis.
