T2S: Settlement feed interrupted - Update

Clients should take note of the below updated information regarding the T2S incident:

The EUR DVP closure will be delayed by three hours for now to 19:00 CET. DKK to be agreed on.

Subsequent cut-offs will also be accordingly postponed.

For ICP clients, Clearstream Banking stores all messages coming from clients and will forward these upon the reopening of T2S. DCPs need to reinstruct based on the rejection messages received from T2S.

Additionally, Penalty Mechanism related events will be postponed to tomorrow.
