Clients should note that there is currently an interruption while accessing the CRM-ticketing tool (for example Ticket ID's cannot be provided as usual).

Consequently, clients may receive answers via email later than usual.

Clearstream is working diligently to address all inquiries as quickly as possible, and we expect resolution within the next hours.

In urgent cases, clients should contact their respective Client Services team via telephone.
