Market operations: Middle East ongoing situation - Closure of Nasdaq Dubai market on 2 and 3 March 2026

In light of recent developments in the Middle East, Clearstream provides clients with the following update on market operations.

Based on information received from local market infrastructures and Clearstream's service providers across the region, the following market will be closed due to ongoing tensions in the region:

• Nasdaq Dubai - Closed on Monday, 2 March 2026 and Tuesday, 3 March 2026.  Nasdaq Dubai has confirmed it will resume operations on 4 March 2026.

The following markets are currently operating on a business‑as‑usual basis:

• Bahrain;
• Israel;
• Kuwait;
• Oman;
• Qatar; and
• Saudi Arabia. 

Cash clearing is also operating as usual across the region, including the UAE.

Clearstream continues to closely monitor developments and will inform clients if there are any material changes.
