EPIM: Access transition to new URL - Update

Clearstream informs clients that DTC has announced an upcoming change regarding access to the European Pre-Issuance Messaging (EPIM) production environment.
Effective
10 October 2026
access to EPIM will transition to the following new URL:
https://epmweb.dtcc.com
The legacy URL will be decommissioned on 24 October 2026.
Recommended actions
To ensure uninterrupted EPIM access, Clearstream recommends that clients:
- Update their bookmarks with the new URL on or after 10 October 2026.
- Ensure that the relevant teams within their organisation are informed of and prepared for the upcoming changes.
- Monitor communications and implementation updates published by DTC through their publication portal.
- Refer to DTC’s "RPA Guidelines" for information regarding the use of RPA technology on DTC user interfaces.
