CRC legal opinions

For clients signing the Clearstream Repurchase Conditions (CRC), if required, copies of legal opinions are available and can be obtained via the signature of non-reliance letters. Several legal opinions will be available over time starting with Luxembourg, France, Germany, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland and Ireland.
