To access interest rates, a user must have permission for Reference Data/Account Details Access. The interest rates are accessed via User Management, Account Details.

Perform a query in User Management, Account Details.
Only accounts linked to the associated Functional role are visible on-screen. Only CBL and LuxCSD accounts can be queried.

To download and export the desired Interest Rates report, click on “INTEREST RATES” and select the required details:

Type:
- “Daily”: Daily interest on the account
- “Monthly”: Monthly credit interest and debit interest rates.

Currency: All Clearstream eligible currencies
Date: Manual selection or from the calendar

Click on the “Export” button to access and save the file in XLSX format as desired.

Important notes:

Clients can only view interest rates associated with their own accounts;
The interest rates are only available for a period of 13 months in the past and not in the future;
There are currencies for which no interest rates are available, in which case an error message is shown.
