clients can select to consolidate the individual MT537 PENA daily and monthly reports of different accounts into one single MT537 PENA report by selecting the “Consolidated statement” function in the Xact Web Portal MT537 PENA subscription. When the tick box “Consolidated statement” is checked, the field “Consolidated account name” must be filled.
The new feature allows clients that maintain multiple client accounts to receive a consolidated statement for multiple accounts instead of separate messages for each account.
In the consolidated MT537 PENA, the client account number will be displayed in Sequence D1 field “REPA” while the Sequence A field “SAFE” field will not show it anymore.
