Clearstream1 offers clients a new opportunity to participate in the upcoming testing window for the Clearstream General Meeting Service, following the successful go-live of the Shareholder Communication Enhancement (SCE) and the ISO 20022 implementation
To ensure smooth onboarding and support the transition to the Clearstream General Meeting Service, Clearstream is offering a new testing window for clients to test the flow with MX messages and to validate their setup and integration with the new service:
- Testing Window: 22 June 2026 – 3 July 2026
The testing period is open to:
- Clients interested in adopting the ISO 20022-based Clearstream General Meeting Service.

All clients are encouraged to take advantage of this testing opportunity to ensure readiness and benefit from the next level of automation and integration in general meeting processing.
We kindly request clients to subscribe before 12 June by completing the attached PDF subscription form and sending to connect-test@clearstream.com with object [Name of Institution] – General Meeting Subscription, clients should pay close attention to the details outlined in the form.
All impacted clients are asked to participate in these testing periods to ensure readiness and continuity of service.
Clients are reminded that all MX instructions via SWIFTFin+ need to be addressed to our CBL DN ou=xxx,o=cedelull, o=swift both in the live environment as well as in our testing windows.
The test will involve the following ISINs:

- SHS TESLA MOTORS INC – US88160R1014 (United States)
- SHS TOTAL SA – FR0000120271 (France)
The testing scenarios will involve the possibility for clients to test main types of GM instructions – EVOT, PRXY and PHYS. On the German market a registered share has been chosen, so that request for registration of the position can be done together with the voting instruction.
