Xact Web Portal: Introduction of ActivityNext

Clearstream¹ informs clients about the launch of ActivityNext within Xact Web Portal, effective

ActivityNext is a self-service operational analytics capability providing clients with direct access to operational activity insights and key KPIs through interactive dashboards refreshed daily on a D-1 basis.

The new capability replaces the ad-hoc MIS reporting file that was distributed through Relationship Managers or Client Service teams.

ActivityNext enables clients to:

• Access operational activity insights directly through the Xact Web Portal.
• Monitor operational KPIs through interactive dashboards.
• Analyse historical trends with up to 15 months of data visibility.
• Export dashboard data in PDF and Excel formats with configurable date ranges.
• Access daily refreshed operational data on a D-1 basis.

The capability supports improved operational transparency and faster access to operational information through a self-service model available directly within Xact Web Portal.

ActivityNext is accessible through the Xact Web Portal based on user roles.
