a. The Common Reference may be populated based on market practices and in coordination with local counterparties.
b. Party 1 Safekeeping Account must populated together with Party 1 BIC, it must be populated with CUID number of the counterparty. Counterparty's BIC will not be forwarded to the depository. Only the CUID number will be forwarded to the depository.
c. If the counterparty is a financial institution or a bank, the account must be provided. The absence of the account in such cases may lead to settlement delays.

b. Party 1 Safekeeping Account must populated together with Party 1 BIC, it must be populated with value DTCC. Counterparty's BIC will not be forwarded to the depository. Only the “DTCC” will be forwarded to the depository.
c. It is recommended to include the receiving account number to ensure that the receiving participant can recognise the delivery and settlement failure can be avoided.
Additional Party 3 is only required if there is a Beneficiary account to be specified, If no Beneficiary account to be mentioned, then 8-digit DTC participant number can be specified in Party 2.
