Securities lending and borrowing

Saudi Arabian securities do not qualify for CBL's securities lending and borrowing programme.

Bridge settlement

Saudi Arabian securities are not eligible for settlement through the Bridge with Euroclear Bank.

Tax services

A flat rate of 5% withholding tax is applicable for interest and dividend proceeds. No tax services will be provided by CBL.
