Eligible securities are dematerialised, immobilised or held in physical form but in all cases transferred via book-entry in KELER Ltd's system. Since 1 January 2005, all publicly issued securities have been dematerialised. However, according to the Civil Code effective since 15 March 2014, private limited companies may issue their shares in either physical or dematerialised form in line with their purposes. Physical transfer of securities is available upon request.
