Biofrontera AG: Capital increase from authorised capital against cash contributions

As already published in the Wertpapier-Mitteilungen (a gazette with securities announcements), there will be a capital increase at a rate of 5:1 in the class of Biofrontera AG (ISIN DE0006046113).

The creation of positions in the new shares is scheduled to take place in the unregistered shares (FMB) on 1 March 2021. 

Registration of shareholders in the share register

The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via the depository banks by re-registration in CASCADE-RS using the re-registration type "2" (other not as purchase).

Reimbursement

For re-registrations that are transmitted between 1 March 2021 and 5 March 2021, Clearstream Banking¹ will charge a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this time period, CBF customers will be reimbursed accordingly.

Note about submission planning

Due to the processing capacities in CASCADE-RS, submissions amounting to 10,000 re-registrations or more per transfer must be arranged in advance with Client Services. Within the scope of overall coordination, CBF reserves the right to reject file transfers that have not been arranged in advance.
