In line with the decision of the annual general meeting on 16 April 2021, the shareholders of Vonovia SE (ISIN DE000A1ML7J1) can choose to have the dividend distributed either in cash or in the form of shares.
The rights issue was published on 19 April 2021, among other places in the Federal Gazette and on the website of Hamborner REIT AG.

Registration of shareholders in the share register
Delivery of the new shares resulting from the optional dividend (ISIN DE000A1ML7J1) is expected to take place by CBF on 21 May 2021.
The registration of the shareholders in the share register is done by using the re-registration type "2" ("other not from purchase").
Reimbursement
For re-registrations that are transmitted from 21 May 2021 to 27 May 2021, CBF charges a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this period, CBF customers will be reimbursed accordingly.
Information on the submission planning
Due to the processing capacities in CASCADE-RS, submissions amounting to 10,000 re-registrations or more per transfer must be arranged in advance with Client Services. Within the scope of overall coordination, CBF reserves the right to reject File Transfers that have not been arranged in advance.
