    • Guaranteed repo trades for all euro debts; and
    • Guaranteed cash bonds trades from MTS and BrokerTec.
  • Retails markets:
  • Guaranteed cash bonds trades from MOT, Access Milan, EuroTLX, Vorvel.

In preparation for the above-mentioned migration events, Euronext Clearing requires all CEU clients to perform mandatory testing activities before the intended migration date.

The list of markets cleared by Euronext Clearing that can be settled with CEU can be found under Trade Flow Hub.

Testing windows

CEU clients may perform testing during the following periods:

  • 20–31 July 2026;
  • 17–27 August 2026;
  • 7–17 September 2026;
  • 17–26 October 2026.

The list of ISINs supported for testing purposes with CEU will be included in the Euronext Clearing announcement regarding front-to-back testing.

Impact on clients

Clearing members who have already provided a Power of Attorney (PoA) to Euronext Clearing on their CEU account do not need to take any further action other than participate in the test.

New activity: Clearing members of Euronext Clearing can grant a PoA to Euronext Clearing to settle these debts in their CEU account. The PoA is available under CC&G

CEU clients are reminded to check their fiscal certifications for the above-mentioned impacted markets.

For testing purposes, please complete the testing form Euronext Clearing - Clearstream Testing: PoA Initiative latest five business days before the intended start of the testing to ensure set up in the testing environment.

If you have any questions or concerns about the form, please contact connect-test@clearstream.com

To ensure operational readiness and a smooth migration process, clients are strongly encouraged to complete the required testing activities within the above-mentioned testing windows to ensure operational readiness and a smooth migration process.
