France: FTT : Official 2013 list of affected securities

The French Ministry of Finance has now published, in the official journal of 18 January 2013, the official list¹ of the eligible companies subject to the French FTT based on market values after close of business 30 November 2012.

The French FTT will apply on all transactions executed in the affected securities as from 1 January 2013.

Customers of Clearstream Banking² should note that, contrary to what was published in our earlier Announcement¹, the following companies are not impacted by the French FTT:
