In order to ensure the efficient and timely handling of requests for statements of holdings certified by Clearstream Banking1 for external audit purposes, please clearly state the following information in your request:
- all CBF account numbers for which a statement of holdings is requested;
- date of the required statement;
- name of the customer and group name;
- name of the person who will receive the statement;
- full postal address to which the statement is to be sent, including city and country.
You are urged to submit requests electronically via SWIFT MT599 (to BIC DAKVDEFFXXX) for the attention of the Securities Reconciliation Team (PZS) in Prague.
If you are requesting the statement by mail, in addition to including the information listed above, please ensure the following:
- the letter is signed by two authorised signatures;
- the full names and titles of the respective authorised signatories are provided.
N.B: Requests received by mail require additional checks and validation within Clearstream Banking, which may delay the delivery of the statement.
