Clearstream Banking¹ would like to inform customers that effective

5 October 2020

corporate action notification and corporate action confirmation reporting will be enhanced as follows:

MT564 Corporate Action Notification

Qualifier 92M::SOFE will be added in sequence E2 - Cash Movements CASHMOVE CRED movement of CASH/SECU/CASE options (depending on the event type) even if no EARD is present in the option for EXOF CHOS/VOLU (already present for events BIDS VOLU, CONV VOLU and TEND VOLU).
Attribute 90a::OFFR (Cash price received per product) with options A, B or L will be reported in the CASHMOVE CRED of CEXC option for event type EXOF VOLU.
Attribute 22F::OPTF//PROR will be added in options where proration may apply for events BIDS VOLU, DTCH VOLU, TEND VOLU, MRGR CHOS, EXOF CHOS and EXOF VOLU.
Attribute 22F::OPTF//NOSE will be added at option level for BPUT VOLU event type.
Attribute 22F::OPTF//FULL will be added at option level for BPUT VOLU and CONV VOLU event types.
Attribute 22F::OPTF//BOIS will be added at option level for BPUT VOLU, CONV VOLU and EXWA VOLU event types.

MT566 Corporate Action Confirmation
