Finland: Change of operator
Following Announcement A21040, Clearstream Banking1 would like to inform customers effective is pleased to announce the appointment of Citibank Europe PLC as its new account operator in Finland.
Effective
29 November 2021
Citibank Europe PLC will operate the direct account of Clearstream Banking at the Finnish Central Securities Depository, Euroclear Finland Ltd.
On the same date, Nordea will no longer be one of the Clearstream Banking Euro cash correspondent banks.
Owing to various dependencies, this information is provisional and the migration date still subject to confirmation.

The change of operator will not affect customer assets, these will remain in Clearstream Banking's account at the Finnish CSD, Euroclear Finland. The current securities service offering will be maintained by the new operator, Citibank Europe PLC.
