Closure of the customer mailbox system (P.O. boxes) in the counter hall
Clearstream Banking AG1 informs customers that due to the recent very low level of usage by CBF customers, the customer mailbox system (P.O. boxes) in the counter hall will be closed effective
1 October 2019
Letters from CBF to customers will only be sent by post from 1 October 2019.
Securities are shipped from CBF to customers by insured mail or securities transport.
The delivery of securities to the counter hall remains possible unchanged.
