Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that effective
1 December 2018
the Tax Help Desk Frankfurt will be merged with the Tax Help Desk Luxembourg.
The merger forms part of our ongoing efforts to harmonise our services allowing customers to benefit from advantages across multiple areas. It further allows our customers to obtain, from our numerous tax experts, prompt, accurate tax guidance on all our tax service offerings, regimes and practices throughout our markets.
Impact on customers
Following the merger of the Frankfurt and Luxembourg Tax Help Desks, there will no longer be a dedicated team available to answer customer queries in German. Customers are requested to use the following contact details, when submitting tax queries to Clearstream Banking:
