Argentina: Introduction of Capital Gains Tax

Following the passing of Decree Nº 279/2018 of 9 April 2018, Clearstream Banking would like to inform its customers that the regulation on capital gains tax has been published in the Argentinean Official Gazette under Resolution 4227/18 and is effective as of
25 April 2018
Clients should take note and be aware of the changes introduced by the Resolution.
