U.S.A.: Draft FATCA guidance published by the UK tax authorities

Further to our Taxflash T12037, dated 17 September 2012, the following draft FATCA guidance has been published by the UK tax authorities, concerning the IGA signed between the U.S.A and the UK earlier this year.

We continue to monitor the implementation of FATCA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
