On 24 March 2015, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published on their website further updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding FATCA.

The updated FAQ, which can be viewed under FATCA - FAQ General, now includes information regarding FATCA reporting.

We continue to monitor the implementation of FATCA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
