Xact Web Portal enhancements and CreationOnline decommissioning - Phase 2

Following Announcement C20016 and C21006, Clearstream Banking1 informs and reminds customers of the following important points regarding Connectivity:
- Continued improvement and enhancement of Xact Web Portal functionality suite;
- CreationOnline will be decommissioned by the end of 2021.
This impacts all Clearstream Banking customers.
Impact on customers
CreationOnline decommissioning
With the implementation of the CreationOnline decommissioning - Phase 2 -, and the corresponding enhancements to the Xact Web Portal, customers are recommended to subscribe to the latter as soon as possible.
From 1 July 2021, CreationOnline pricing will be adapted until its definitive decommissioning on 31 December 2021. Xact Web Portal enhanced functionality
From 26 June 2021, while continuously improving its Xact Web Portal functionality, Clearstream Banking will introduce the following new features:

Asset Servicing/ Event/CA Event | Highlight changes - Corporate Action Event Printout | Possibility to see the changes that have been made to a CA Event in the last two versions of the CA notification when printing out a CA Event. |

Asset Servicing/ Event/CA Event | CA Event Detail view - "Action History" | Possibility for a user who queries a CA Event to see if another user from the same OU has already viewed the event. |

Settlement/Securities/Security instructions | Best Matching Instruction | Possibility to view the best matching instruction for allegements in the Security instructions List view and Detail View. Subsequently, create a matching instruction. |
Settlement/Securities/Security instructions | Check Matching Instruction | Possibility to check for potential matching instructions of an allegement in the Security instructions list view and detail view. Subsequently, create a matching instruction. |

Cash & Liquidity/ Cash/Cash Balances | View Movements only | When viewing a cash balance, possibility to view only the movements that compose the cash balance when using the “View Movements” button. |
