Background
Clearstream has embarked upon a journey to upgrade the experience for users and incorporate additional functionalities for faster and more secure processing.
From 12 June 2023, clients using Xact Web Portal will experience a re-designed version of the Reference Data module and Message Exchange. In this first iteration there will be no major changes in terms of the usability of the screens, and the services can be used as before with a better user experience.
Additionally, the feature of “relative dates” will be introduced, this allows users to set a relative date range in a saved query. This date range is re-calculated and applied each time the saved query is run, allowing optimal usage of the services “My Indicators” and “shared queries”.
As the new design and features across all of Xact Web Portal will be phased in gradually, we welcome feedback to help us collaborate better on this transformation journey and deliver the best solutions to our clients.
