Effective
immediately
Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt1 introduces a new subscription for the ISO 15022 message flow via Xact Web Portal. The transmission of the following ISO messages:
- MT568 Corporate Action Narrative; and
- MT599 Free-format Message
sent by CBF to customers containing narrative details, text information and details on complex custody events can be routed on customer demand.
Customer benefits
At present, when CBF sends MT568 or MT599 the message is sent to the default channel set up in Clearstream Banking’s systems and the technical receiver BIC is defined for the account referenced in the message.
With the new report subscription customers will have the possibility to specify the most appropriate channel, BIC and accounts for their internal routing.
Report content
The MT599 and MT568 contain manually generated free-format messages sent by CBF about any topic.
Report channel/format/frequency
CBF customers can use the reporting for their CBF CASCADE accounts using their technical receiver BIC.
Depending on the selected frequency, the messages will be sent on a single message basis in real time, or as a batch of messages, as shown in the table below.
The following channel, format and frequency combinations will be supported:
Channel | Format | Frequency |
Xact via SWIFT | ISO | Real time |
| Xact via MQ2 | ISO | Real time |
Xact Web Portal | ISO | Every 15 minutes |
Xact File Transfer | ISO | Every 15 minutes |
Report subscription
Customers can set up their subscription in Xact Web Portal or it can be set up, exceptionally by CBF.
