CBF Release Information: "Future German Model on Corporate Action Cash Payments in T2S": Pending issues

Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt1, wishes to inform customers about the "Future German Model on Corporate Action Cash Payments in T2S" that will be introduced with the CBF Release on

Please note that after release implementation, the following fixes will still be outstanding:

  • Generated market claims and transformations do not include the Market Infrastructure Transaction Identification (MITI) reference for linkage of the "sese" messages to the underlying trades. However, customers can find the references for the settled instructions in the MT566 corporate action messages sent by CBF.
  • Transformations of the redemption price are not being created correctly for cross-border transactions.

CBF is working to resolve the pending issues, giving them highest priority, and will fix them as soon as possible.
