EPIM Workstation upgrade and rebranding

The EPIM Workstation, jointly supported by DTCC, Euroclear, and Clearstream¹, is being upgraded and rebranded to improve service quality and enhance security.

Clearstream informs clients that from

Friday, 21 November 2025

users will have two ways to access the EPIM Workstation:

• New direct URL (available from the same date):
  https://epmweb.dtcc.com/home.do
  This link takes you directly to the EPIM Workstation. Clearstream recommends bookmarking this URL to ensure continuous service and interoperability.
• Current URL:
  You can continue using the existing link. It will redirect you to https://portal.dtcc.com, where you can access the EPIM Workstation via the designated tile.

 Important Note:

• This redirection method will be discontinued in the second half of 2026. Users should switch to the new URL before then.
• EPIM users connected via MQ lines will remain unimpacted by this announced change.
