Italy: Certain ISINs temporarily blocked for settlement and trading in T2S - update X
Further to our Marketflash M17004, dated 2 February 2017, Clearstream Banking wishes to inform its customers that as part of the debt and capital restructuring actions undertaken in November 2015 and the temporary block currently in place, effective

Monte Titoli has been now authorised to remove the block on the following instruments issued by Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Chieti as follows: IT0004659477, IT0004659717, IT0004659725, IT0004556327, IT0004923659, IT0004811573, IT0004824873, XS0257293828, IT0004919327, IT0001002499, IT0004743735, IT0004744725, IT0003972996, IT0004939226, IT0004064538, IT0004119605, IT0004659477, IT0004659717, IT0004659725, IT0004931405, IT0004119407, IT0004966856, IT0004281504, IT0004092729, IT0004369580, IT0001063707. Additionally, the block on ISIN XS0302580880 has been removed.
As a result of the unblocking, the instruments are available for free of payment (FOP transactions) or portfolio transfer with no change of beneficial ownership (NCBO).The below list of securities temporarily blocked by Monte Titoli has been updated accordingly.
The following securities remain temporarily blocked for trading and settlement (including any pending trades).
Under the Decree Law with urgent provisions for the financial sector in force from 23 November 2015, issued in the Official Gazette no.183 of 23 November 2015, some rescue measures have been defined for the below listed companies and further assessments are being carried out to verify additional actions to be taken into consideration.
Monte Titoli have temporarily blocked the below securities on the 23 November 2015.
Impact on customers
No trading or settlement activity is allowed on the relevant below securities except on portfolio transfers with no change of beneficial ownership for a.m. security codes flagged with "Yes" under column "Transferred Allowed NCBO only".
Customers are required, in addition to duly identifying the settlement transaction as no change of beneficial ownership (NCBO), to send a free format message via authenticated means to the Settlement department Services Frankfurt (Unit OEU-Europe Continental) advising of the transaction and confirmation of the nature of the transfer.
