Clearstream Banking will continue to send the paper invoices to all customers even if the customer has access to the Billing Portal and has completed the Electronic Invoicing application form. Until end of 2018, invoices issued in paper form will be free of charge.

Note for customers without Billing Portal access

The Clearstream Banking Billing Portal provides easy online access to invoices and detailed fee reports. Use of the Billing Portal is free of charge.

To benefit from Clearstream Banking’s electronic invoicing, customers must subscribe to the Clearstream Billing Portal using the attached Central Coordinator application form and then apply for Electronic Invoicing using the attached Electronic Invoicing application form.
