Depository Receipt measures with Russian underlying securities – Information on unblocked securities
Clearstream Banking1 would like to provide customers with further information on the handling of ADR/GDR linked to Russian underlying securities. This announcement supersedes Announcement A22029 for the ISINs listed below.
Customers should be aware of the different scenarios mentioned below and take note that the situation is evolving and can change at any time.
Securities unblocked until further notice
The following codes will remain unblocked until further notice. Therefore, normal settlement can be performed.

Securities unblocked until 16 May 2022 end of business
The following securities will remain unblocked until 16 May 2022 end of business to allow regular settlement.
By instructing settlement, customers will be deemed to have represented to Clearstream Banking that they have made an appropriate determination of compliance with all applicable sanctions, including those of the EU, United States and the United Kingdom.

The following securities will remain unblocked until 25 March 2022 end of business to allow regular settlement.
By instructing settlement, customers will be deemed to have represented to Clearstream Banking that they have made an appropriate determination of compliance with all applicable sanctions, including those of the EU, United States and the United Kingdom. Where customers are unable to arrive at these determinations, then they are required to cancel any pending instructions in the affected securities.
From 26 March until 16 May 2022, only instructions for Free of Payment settlement with no change of beneficial ownership will be possible. The settlement window from 26 March 2022 is principally aimed at enabling customers to transfer their positions to the home market.
