Russia: Settlement of Depository Receipts - Update

Clearstream Banking1informs clients that it has suspended settlement in Russian depository receipts (DR) with underlying Russian shares (please refer to Announcement A22107).
This is owing to uncertainties and circumstances beyond its control with regard to the automatic and forced conversion procedures set forth under the Federal Law No.319-FZ
Clearstream Banking has received confirmation that reconciliation of converted positions under automatic and forced conversions for the below mentioned programmes has been successfully completed at market level. Conditions are therefore set for the opening of settlement for these DR programmes only, with the exception of receipt transactions over Bridge or domestic.
