Croatia: Croatian CSD (SKDD) migration to T2S
Further to Announcement A23020, Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) will migrate to Target2-Securities effective 11 September 2023 and SKDD confirms that all instruments will become T2S-eligible.
To prepare the upcoming change in the market, Clearstream Banking informs clients of a potential impact on settlement instructions on

Impact on clients
- Clients instructing with a PSK (place of safekeeping) should use SDAHHR22 as the PSK of the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc.
- Pending instructions with a PSK other than the one mentioned may be set as invalid or rejected.
